Returns isotropic as bool.

This property checks if kx, ky, and kz are the same across all grids. In other words, all(kx == kx[0]), all(ky == ky[0]), and all(kz == kz[0]). However, other isotropic conventions where kx = ky = kz either across all cells or in single cells are still not used.
